Best Leak Inspection in Santa Ana CA

We had an excellent experience with Barker & Sons. We had some dampness in our entry way, which we suspected was a slab leak. Unfortunately, it was. However, Jeff came out that evening and diagnosed the situation and came up with a plan of attack. He returned two days later (after we had asbestos and lead testing done) with Jesse and Will. They assessed the situation and formulated a plan to re-route our plumbing to bypass the slab leak. They were able to finish it the same day, did excellent work, and were very professional. What they had to do to replace-route the plumbing was no small feat, but they did a great job with it and minimized the demo they had to do to accomplish the task.These guys definitely know their stuff and I’m glad we found them online. Additionally, we had them remove our leaking indoor water heater and converted to an outdoor (garage) tankless water heater system. Jeff and Daniel carried out the install for that job and we couldn’t be happier with the work. We will be using B&S Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

Luis and Ever worked over time until they finished the job of restoring my plumbing system. It was nasty water all over the grounds. They worked diligently to make the repairs and then cleaned and disinfected everything. Job well done. I highly recommend them .

A few months back I got home and found a message from the city water service around my front door handle. It stated that my water usage had quadrupled and that I had a water leak. I called a plumber to come out and investigate and he quoted me an insane amount to replace all my plumbing. I then called my home insurance and they pointed me to Elder and Young. Eric from E&Y sent Sean out to investigate the leak and they found it located in my main water line in from the street and not in my house as mentioned by the previous plumber. They gave me several pricing options and solutions and then sent Robert out to fix the problem. Thanks Eric, Sean and Robert for fixing the problem. Elder and Young provided an honest assessment with fair pricing, expertise, professionalism and good old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a similar plumbing nightmare/experience.

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

Jacot came out to look at a slab leak, quickly identified the problem, quoted a repair price that sounded quite fair and accomplished the repair in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and courteous, they did the job with no fuss and no mess and cleaned up completely afterwards. And a special tip of the hat to Jacot for hiring women!
