HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

Technician named Alex came to do the re-routing of my gas lines. It was a big project. Alex was very thorough and careful when working. Tested the new lines and new connections meticulously to make sure there would be no leaks when the gas was turned back on. Thanks Alex for great work. Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!
