Best Hour Plumbing in Santa Ana CA

Hot water tank broke late on a Friday. Initially thought we were going to be without hot water until Monday.

Fortunately, Orange Coast was open and sent a technician right over to assess. James arrived and was incredibly nice and helpful … clearly it was around the end of his shift and you would have never noticed given his happy and friendly mood.

I received the quote and then gave them the ‘OK’ to move forward. The next morning James and Rock came out with the new water tank and did an excellent job. Both were extremely nice & professional. I will absolutely use them again should a need arise.

We had a leak and Bret F came to our property after hours he was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable . We would highly recommend him.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
