He took time out of his very busy schedule to guide me through steps regarding a leak and mitigation incident, without even being a customer. He did not ask anything of me, yet was there to answer any and all questions I had. He even referred me to JGB Restoration for repairs. We will definitely be using his company in the future and will refer all friends and family to him. You can tell he cares about his clients and his work.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. So, if you are ever in the need of employing a leak detection service which can be quite stressful to find, I encourage you to call them.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

I never want to have to deal with something like a water heater. First off no one cares about a water heater. I just assume to always have hot water. So when the time came when I had to take a cold shower because my water heater decided to give up I felt like I almost had to give up. I looked around and Quick Water Heater stood out. Gave them a call. The guy on the phone told me not to worry and assured me that they would give me my hot water back today. I’m horrible with names, but the guy who replaced my water heater was super nice. He recommended a tankless so that’s what I went with. Instant hot water and no more cold showers. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
