Jimmy and Joe came to clean our drain that was clogged for 2 days. They helped me to understand what was wrong and the possibility for the clogged. They also explained if our sink gets clogged again I now know what to do and how to do it.

Called them after my water heater have a code 10. Showed up same day on a weekend and explained entire process and options. Water heater is running again.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. I never want to have to deal with something like a water heater. First off no one cares about a water heater. I just assume to always have hot water. So when the time came when I had to take a cold shower because my water heater decided to give up I felt like I almost had to give up. I looked around and Quick Water Heater stood out. Gave them a call. The guy on the phone told me not to worry and assured me that they would give me my hot water back today. I’m horrible with names, but the guy who replaced my water heater was super nice. He recommended a tankless so that’s what I went with. Instant hot water and no more cold showers. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Hands down the best leak detection and plumbing repair company I’ve ever dealt with. Slab leaks are one of the most stressful home issues to deal with because you know it’s going to cost a lot, but most plumbers won’t give you a price until after they’ve finished the job. Evans Leak Detection lets you know what it will cost before they even come to your house. How awesome is that! This is a long review because these guys deserve it.

From the beginning, Ron was straight forward and upfront about the slab leak detection and repair process. The absolute best part is the flat rate pricing for fixing slab leaks. Knowing the cost ahead of time eased my mind and helped me better prepare for the expense.

I called so many plumbers trying to get an idea on cost to repair our slab leak and none of them would give a price. I foolishly paid another plumber for leak detection and estimate before contacting Evans Leak Detection. Even after that, the “other guy” wouldn’t give me an exact dollar amount, but rather a ridiculously wide range of what it “might” cost. He said he would have to rip out our kitchen cabinets and they’d be damaged to the point of needing to be replaced by us, adding even more expense to the process.

So I contacted Ron at Evans Leak Detection, he asked a few questions, explained the process and told me what the flat rate price would be (which was much lower than the estimate from the other place). He had Omar at our house within a couple of days. Omar located the leak quickly, answered the 800 questions I had, and explained everything he was going to do to bypass the slab leaking pipe and re-route that section. He was able to run the new section of pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets. Not an easy task, but he did it seamlessly with very little cosmetic work for us to address after. He was such a nice man, very thorough and experienced in his work, and double checked/cleaned up everything well before leaving.

In summary, if you have the misfortune and stress of a slab leak, please don’t waste time researching other plumbers. Just call Evans Leak Detection. I had a plumbing issue and was told that I needed thousands of dollars to fix it by Rooter. I called epipe cos I has used their services before. Mario and Julian came and performed a miracle. Mario unclogged a rosted pipe and went above by purchasing an extra substance to pour into the drain for better and longer performance. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Very professional and really cares.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs.
