I had a leak in our restroom, Jesse and Liam I believe, they did a great job. I called the company which I found on google, they were here within a couple hours, they were diligent in their work, they covered their shoes upon coming into the house and help us keep things clean, which I appreciated, onto of completing the repairs I needed. The cost for repairs was more than fair.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I am BEYOND grateful that I was able to find Acute Plumbing! Our water heater failed on Thanksgiving (how do appliances know when it's a holiday FFS) so we had been without hot water for four days (indoor camping 😭) and our neighbor had said would help us get it installed. Shocker, that never happened 🙄. I reached out to Melissa @ Acute Plumbing because I found them on Nextdoor. She worked with us on our budget, on a Sunday and after hours! We now FINALLY have hot water! Allan is the MAN with getting it done right, cleanly and quickly. Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
