I had the pleasure of having Carlos and George show up at my residence after reporting a Gas Leak. Both were respectful and professional. I don’t usually take surveys but these two deserve praise. Carlos told me “Jerry I am going to take care of you don’t worry”. These guys worked their tails off to get my gas back on and my household back in order. Barker and Sons are lucky to have employees that are this good. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

They gave me a free in person quote when 3 other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $50 just to come out.

PP has been in business for 30 yrs and services the local OC area. They are open 24/7 for emergency repairs and 8-5pm for service and repairs on all your plumbing needs. They are awesome with great prices and better customer service.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

There was a slow leak in my shower and had a plumber who could not figure out the source. So I contacted Orange Coast plumbing. Dadi was kind enough to give me the same day appointment and had James come to my house. James was so professional and knowledgeable that with in 15 minutes he told me the issue is with the shower door that needs to be resealed, not with plumbing. He did not charge anything for the visit and upon my request promised to give me the reference of someone who can fix the issue. He is a very kind and gentle person and would definitely use him again.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company tried to charge us $1000 to fix with a hydrojet. Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
