I had a toilet leak that was flooding my neighbors ceiling. I was out of town unable to go see the damage. Picked this company based on the reviews. I was scheduled with Luis. Before any inspection he tells me in order to see where the leak is coming from we need to remove the ceiling downstairs - but first we need to test for asbestos. I had to schedule for asbestos test and it came positive. The. Hired a company to remove the asbestos ceiling. I spent $2k before they can even identify the leak. Red flags everywhere. Luis comes back and tells me he used his camera and found the leak is from the toilet flange. Quotes me $3700 to replace it! Says if i dont go with their company i owe them $400 for finding the issue! (I thought they said free estimate- dont fall for that). Well, it was Sunday and my neighbors ceiling was open, i wanted to get the issue fixed asap so that everyone can use their bathroom. I asked Luis if he can reduce the price because it was so much money - right away he came down to $3200 and said they will deduct the $400 for inspection (they never did). The work was done in less than 3 hours according to my neighbors who sent me updates. I paid the invoice without realizing the $400 initial fee for finding the leak was not deducted. I called and asked for a detailed invoice. The invoice i was sent was far from detailed and I was never refunded that fee. I spoke to Tony who tried to defend the $3200 charge to change a toilet flange. Please be aware. I would recommend to look for a honest plumbers. I definitely feel robbed by this company. They took an advantage of my situation when i need someone i could trust. Costly lesson for me.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

I had an encounter with the owner of this compay who was rude and came in the bathroom to scream at me while I was using the bathroom. He was using foul language towards me for no reason how unprofessional and we didn’t do anything for him to act in that manner! we were at sams club June 7 at 5:30 pm. Do not hire this company!!!

James was beyond thorough and had amazing customer service. I have an unknown leak in my driveway and he went above and beyond to try and find the source. I would highly recommend James to any friends or family from this experience! I also appreciated that he educated me on some plumbing terms and how the issue could have started and be resolved. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.
