Tom Moffet Plumming is excellent. We had the pleasure of working with Ricky who was top notch! Ricky was not only professional, but very personable as well. His expertise was very evident, not only in his work, but how he took extensive time explaining what was needed to complete the job, and to explore all our options. No pressure, we knew we were in good hands. This was so much appreciated by our family, but most importantly to our 87 year old mother. This is not the first time we have used Tom Moffet Plumming, we were fortunate to have Michael Moffet (the owner) help us out of a plumming emergency in the past. Michael showed integrity and much care during his visit, it’s no surprise that he would seek and find the same qualities in his employees, like Ricky. We are beyond grateful, and will definitely continue to use Tom Moffet Plumming. In fact, we are undoubtedly costumers for life.

James came to give us a quote for replacing multiple valves in our shower and helped change a thermostatic cartridge in another shower. Out of the four people that came to quote this job James was the only one to take the time to point out any potential problems that could arise on the day of the install. We realized that the replacement valve's wouldn't fit with the wall thickness and saved probably a day of labor and were able to order the correct parts before the actual install date.

We had three different companies come out over a two day span, all of which would not help unclog a main line. Called rooter hero and an hour later they arrived. Christian was great, very polite, professional, honest and hard working. Put those attributes together with his trade skills and no more clog.

We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Orange Coast! They were able to come out same day for an estimate. Nolan was our installer and he was able to complete the job quickly despite unexpected hiccups with the existing plumbing. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!
