Reese with Orange Coast Plumbing detected a slab leak in my garage that extended into my kitchen and bathroom. Reese is very professional and his work was exceptional. He brought along Mike the next day who assisted Reese on repairing the leaks. They took extra care in cutting the walls open and cleaning up. I highly recommend Reese on his skills, knowledge, and experience! He will also take his time on explaining everything he is doing! Superior workmanship!

We had a kitchen faucet that broke one month before we were to have a kitchen remodel. We didn't need something expensive, but we needed something to get us through. After looking at how to do the job on Youtube, I realized it was too much work and time for me to so this with a house full of kids.

We called Orange Coast Plumbing and they were able to have someone come out the same day to look at it without charging anything for the quote. We determined it would be less expensive for us to get us a simple faucet. So we went to Home Depot and got a less expensive faucet that was not long term. It's just to get us going until we have the kitchen completely remodeled and then we get a more superior faucet for the kitchen sink. Morgan from Orange Coast plumbing did a great job. He was courteous and professional.

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.
