Michael and Kevin came thru today, Friday afternoon, for a big job and were super helpful and polite. Michael came out to assess and then brought Kevin over to help take care of the job. The heater had corroded, water everywhere, they vacuumed it up, switched out the heater, explain possibilities of what happened to the old, installed the new up to earthquake code, drilling even into concrete to get the straps down. And overall just friendly guys. Definitely top notch.

Adam showed up on time and ready to help. He showed me how to install an S pipe into my shower. He is super kind and a good communicator.

Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!

UPDATE: we have used Orange Coast Plumbing a couple more times since my original review. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. When our garbage disposal was leaking, they had same day availability and Jeff M. explained our options and completed the work efficiently.Steven N. explained every step he took when flushing our water heater. He was very friendly and professional.
