Albaro was the technician who performed the shower repair. He was very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions before starting the work, and during the actual work itself. Albaro is an asset to the company and I will request him for any future plumbing work.

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.

We needed to replace an obsolete, odd-sized air conditioner built into the wall. Colton and Steven did an incredible job. They sourced a unit that would fit (two other companies couldn't locate one), picked it up from the warehouse, custom-fit it into the space and even painted around the outside to match the original color. The best part was that they did all that in less than a day!Colton and Steve worked neatly and were extremely patient and courteous. I highly recommend Orange Coast.
