Best Drain Line Inspection in Santa Ana CA

We have Orlando to do our faucet. He was very nice, punctual and efficient. He assessed the problem and made sure that you’re not paying more than what is required of. I’m loving this company because of the service that I received and I totally recommend this company and especially Orlando. You would never go wrong. Not only that, they service weekend especially Sunday which is a big plus for this company... I’m very grateful that they exist because it was very hard not to have a running faucet on a weekend. These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!

Our property management company has been working with Serve Rite for several years now. I have to say they are the best. We've worked with many different plumbing companies over the past decade and been lucky enough to have found Serve Rite.

Jen, at the office, is always fast on the response and keeps us posted on all our work orders. Chris and Rob are the guys that usually work on our properties. They are always on time and make sure the job is done the first time. Anytime there are issues after the repair has been done, Serve Rite will go back out right away and check up on their work.

Not only did they fix the clog but they found and fixed another problem with the toilet that we didn’t even know about. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. I'm telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.
