Over due review, used this company a few times now for various issues around the house. Always easy to schedule, they have someone answering calls 24/7. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isn't always good and good work isn't always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I needed a deep shower drain clog cleared. The serviceman was prompt, friendly, cleared the drain with minimal mess, and provided helpful advice to avoid the issue in the future. The rate was reasonable. I was very pleased!

We had major back up of our drain pipes, which we used E&Y to hydrojet and clear our main. There were 7 rootballs which we could see via their camera they use to show Before & After. It’s fantastic to be able to verify with your own eyes what they are explaining is the problem and the actual solution. We had a small catastrophe when the camera was lost during a scoping of our kitchen drains. E&Y had to break open our floor and dig deep to retrieve it. We thought they rip open everything, but no! They were so great. They opened a hole in a carpeted closet and dug under the house to reach the spot and then replaced the broken pipe and back-filled. It was a superb solution to a difficult problem. We highly recommend Elder & Young!

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

I would recommend this company for any major plumbing projects 10/10 times. Their teams are professional, communicative, and effective. The sales associate Dante and manager Joseph answered every single one of my questions and addressed every single concerned I had through out the repipe process for my house. They are very professional and meticulous with details.

Their crews are well staffed and trained with extensive experience so they didn't need to rush to meet their schedule. The repipe crew I had, led by Edgar, cared about quality and was able to complete the job as they promised in one day. The patching crew, led by Luis, did a wonderful job at patching and matching the finishing texture to the adjacent walls.

They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their work. I informed the office when I observed some minor issues after the repipe. Joseph immediately coordinated with their foreman to come by my house to fix those issues on the same day. When an issue turned out to be not part of their responsibilities, they offered me with alternatives to fix the situation so I did not walk out unsatisfied.
