I had one plumber at my home that told me it would around $20,000 to replace old pipe or reline with epoxy. He had completed 50 feet with a hydro jet and said the pipes were bad. I called Orange coast plumbing for a second opinion. Using his camera into the pipes, Chuck thought that he couldhydro jet it for more than fifty feet. He came back and went 80 feet into the pipes. He removed all the debris and the pipes were clear for $1695!!! He saved me so much money. I have regained my faith in plumbers. Thank you Chuck and Rock.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Polite friendly and incredibly reliable. Called Sunday afternoon and pump was installed by Monday afternoon (even with having to order the pump I wanted). This was super nice and helpful because we didn’t have any hot water for showers.James was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and just an all around nice human being. The second technician Scotty was also great and brought shoe covers for walking inside. Would recommend 100% and will use again in a heartbeat.(New and old pictured)

We have an older tankless heater that was leaking. Although Nate had never seen one like it before, he took the time to go through our options, even calling Germany to get parts for it. He was very professional and friendly, and I am very satisfied with my service.

Best plumbers ever

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!

Good service and follow up

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

I have used Jacot Plumbing for a couple of years now. They repaired a toilet drainpipe and installed a new toilet. Two bathroom faucets. Kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom manifold and shower set. Installed new Water heater and water heater flush. I’ve had several different Jacot plumbers at my house and they are all nice, informative, arrive on time, clean up and complete a superb job.
