My name is Don Julienne I had service work done on February 17th 2020 to replace 3 shut off valves under our kitchen sink. Taylor Full was the plumber who came in and did the work. Frankly I was a little surprised when she came in but her friendly and straight forward demeanor and confidence was refreshing. As a retired VP of Operations and Customer Support perception is reality and she did an excellent job given the confines of the plumbing space to work with. She had to cut both the back of our cabinet and pipe and explained everything prior to the work. It was a nice clean job all around. She took the time to explain the issues and process and was done in about 2 hours. She made this first time use of Orange Coast a very positive experience and a future go to for any plumbing issues.

Difficult installation however Dennis did a great job to make sure it was right.

Shuan was very professional and responsive....found and fixed leak in the slab. had also to deal with asbestos in wallboard. Brought in a testing company that also was great. Replaced outdoor valve for water line as well..Very timely response and excellent work...fair price.

I called on a Saturday morning at 8am for a drained clog. Steven showed up at 930 and fixed the issue. He even recommend a system to fix any issues moving forward. Excellent experience!

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink, and I called Plumber's Kingdom for help. The plumbers arrived promptly and were able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Orange Coast were awesome to work with. Scheduling was easy and immediate. Josh and David came out. Were very professional and got the leak fixed within a couple of hours. Would definitely use them again.

I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.

Have been very pleased in the past. This time I was disappointed that they were unwilling to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone on work that really did not require an $87 in-home visit. There was nothing to see, but rather only described what we wanted to do ( add a sink). The consultation took less than 5 minutes. Certainly, a ball park estimate could have been provided over the phone in two minutes.
