I've been an OC Plumbing customer for 30 years, and for very good reason. The fan on my AC condenser unit started making noise, and I was concerned it would fail. Reece from OC was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, get the replacement part, and finish the repairs the following morning. The cost was reasonable, and the service outstanding. Reece was extremely courteous (as was the staff on the phone) and very professional. He explained exactly what was happening and how the repairs would go. When finished, the system worked perfectly again. Many thanks from a very satisfied, long-term customer. My experience is why I stay with this great company.

Diego did a wonderful job by looking at the crashed drain pipe and gave me 4 options with explanation on pro and con of each option. I selected the option to replace the whole section with ABS pipe. He also helped me look at the possibilities of installing an expansion tank & replacing the regulator which were not in the original request. Diego is very friendly and professional explains all questions in detailed.Diego is a super professional and very friendly plumber. During the fixing my plumbing issues, Diego found out my water heater faucet leaking when shut off. He explained and gave me several options. I picked one option asked Diego to fix it. It was raining 100% that day and Diego & his helper still kelp working so hard until every thing done. I am glad that I called Scott English & definitely will call again & recommend my friends & neighbors to ask for Scott' services.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
