Wanted to recognize a job superbly done by Paul S. at Scott English Plumbing. Diagnosis of our slab leak was pretty quick, and Paul with his associate were able to re-route pipe with creativity, the right tools, and a minimum of wall cut-outs. AND the cut-outs had the cleanest lines I've ever seen done. Most of the cut-outs we are able to re-use in the restoration. Thanks again, guys, for a job well done!

OCP is the BEST! My a/c died on a Thursday and by Saturday at 10:40 I was the proud (not to mention cool) owner of a 14000 btu a/c!!! After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
