I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

After finding out that we had a water leak somewhere inside the house, my wife and I were really worried about the potential series of expenses should the failing line or lines were not properly identified through the use of a leak detection process. My wife and I were antsy about having to cut a section through the slab to fix a failing line, only to find out a few months later that the same line could be bad again just few feet away from the previously repaired section. Then having a conversation with a coworker, he highly recommended Creative Repipe and I contacted them to come assess my plumbing issue. Moving forward with their recommendation was the best thing that my wife and I did. The crew showed up on time and the lead person proceeded explaining what to expect, their tasks strategy, and agenda for the day from covering furniture, walkways and walls to clean-up at the end of the day. At the end of the day they came through with their plan and we were satisfied with their work.. actually impressed. When it comes to the crew that Creative Repipe uses to do the wall patching, I'll give them a 10 plus.. this guys covered again our furniture and walls and seamlessly matched the texture on every wall. Over all, the crew that Creative Repipe uses are true professionals and certainly do not cut corners. I highly recommend them to any of you looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company.

We are very happy with the service from Island Plumbing and would recommend them with reservation. We called on a Saturday morning and had our shower drain blockage repaired by 1:00 that same day. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

They came out the plumber was an absolute professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Very quick drain and snake service and glad to have everything taken care of. Fast, informative professionals!!!
