I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing and Bobby, if you can book him!

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!

February 8, 2018 This guy got his Man feelings hurt when I passed him and merged in front of him on the 405 South Fwy this morning at approximately 7:50AM. It wasn't like I cut him off or anything, he didn't even have to tap on his break, but the next thing I knew he was flipping me the bird behind me then he changed lanes sped up to get on the side of me to flip me off some more. Very stupid Van # 1851 or 1051 to insert yourself in road rage with you phone number on the van. Next time don't drive like a snail on the freeway and make everyone have to change lanes to pass you, if you can't handle it...Makes me think what else he would come unhinged over. Good job Service 1st.
