Toilet gloged around 6:30pm. They said a tech would call in 30min. No one called, I made 2 more calls 45min apart, but the answering service said he was on the phone. At 9pm I called Roto-Rooter and they came out and fixed it the next day.

This is the third time I have used Water Heaters Only to replace my water heater over the past 17 years. I called in the morning and Alex B., who replaced my water heater 7 years ago, arrived by 12:30PM. Alex is knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed the situation and called for assistance since the heater is in the attic. Within an hour help arrived and the job was done by about 3PM. The only issue I have is that there is some damage to the edge of the sheetrock at the attic opening through which the old heater had to be lowered and the new heater raised. Use of a tarp to cover the edge could have prevented the damage. Next time I'll certainly recommend that.

I had to do a job for my house, so I called this plumber. They sent over their team of experts and did all the work in a timely manner. My new faucet is great now, and I'll be sure to pass on the name of this company to any friends who need plumbing work done!

I reached out to FUSE for heat pump and furnace replacement. Unfortunately, the project has run into trouble even before it started. Here is what happened1. The project manager promised that the project is eligible for 4k of rebates from the government. He confirmed this multiple times in person and over email. However, the rebate coordinator later stated that the rebates were not available since the project was scheduled too late. I am disappointed that the project manager was not honest about the status of the rebates.2. They sent multiple variants of the estimate which were different from the quoted price. When I enquired about the discrepancy, I was told that this would be fixed later. However, even after multiple calls they could not send me the correct estimate. This seems very suspicious to me.3. The project manager (Frank) was unresponsive for weeks. He was out of vacation and did not delegate the project to any one. My questions kept getting bounced around among various people who would provide inconsistent responses.Overall before the project started, I am left with an impression that this is not a professional outfit and I am concerned about handing them such a large project

A/C chose to quit working in an intensity wave. One call to this organization and they sent a tech out to get to the issue. In no less than two hours we had our A/C working. Yell to the maintenance fellow. He worked effectively and was very proficient and gracious. Much appreciated again folks! An or more help as far as possible.
