I went online to find a new plumber, read the reviews, called and was met with a friendly, caring person at Bueno Plumbing, who I knew wanted to help get me the service I needed asap. She even offered to call if there was a cancellation. I was given the first available timeframe and was kept apprised as to the arrival time. Work was explained, handled professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. I will use them again and will be a customer for life.

Had one of those nightmare plumbing problems where a small problem turns into a big problem. Fortunately RPS Ribbs to the rescue. While diagnosing, they also spotted a GIANT problem which would have turned into something far, far more expensive in the not too distant future.

Prices were reasonable, especially for the responsiveness and quality of the work.

We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

I thought I might have an odor and perhaps a rooter job needed, called Adrian and he sent tech right away to assess the situation. Turns everything is fine and that might have a dead rodent issue somewhere in my garage. So no service was necessary, but I appreciate the quick responsiveness from team. We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

He was very thorough at asking questions prior to arrival. This shows you he cares about making sure he takes good care of his clients. His questions are to help him lead to an understanding of the scope of issues. When he arrived he double checked the issue(s). Very quickly he confirmed his analysis and plan for work. Carlos and his team have done a significant amount of plumbing for us in 2023. They have fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, replaced the waste lines under the house, and replaced both the sewer line and fresh water line in the yard. The plumbing dated back to the late 1940's, so it was a relief to have it replaced before a failure. Their work has always been professional, timely, and code compliant. We were updated for their arrival at least the day before. Any disruptions to our water or sewer services were minor and always lasted less than a day. Carlos also added very useful modifications to the original layout, in order to modernize everything and provide easy access when needed.

Dave did a great job fixing an underground leak on the main water line coming into our house. He dug, diagnosed, fixed and cleaned up all in the span of 2 days. And price was very reasonable.

Bad Customer service they always say will have the contractor and the guy who handle camera devices call you back and they never call back

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.
