Great service! Extremely fast!
I called on the morning of Christmas Eve with a major clog in the drain that blocked up the entire house. Bueno plumbing was there within 25 minutes and took care of the problem. I would definitely use these guys again. I think the technician was Edgar. He was very nice explained everything. Then he got to work and did the job. Five stars!!!

We had a water heater problem in our San Jose condo, we called 15 Dollar and they sent a plumber to fix the problem within two hours. We will use them in the future.

Freddy came out and helped me find out that the leak we were having was with our irrigation system and suggested we contact a landscaper to help fix the problem. Was very professional. Did not charge me for his services. Would have no problem using him in the future.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

I reached out to him based on his very positive reviews. Sure enough he didn't disappoint! I reached out to him first with 2 clogged drain issues. He was very thorough at asking questions prior to arrival. This shows you he cares about making sure he takes good care of his clients. His questions are to help him lead to an understanding of the scope of issues. When he arrived he double checked the issue(s). Very quickly he confirmed his analysis and plan for work. Great company

They performed two services at my house. First they came out to address a pipe that was breached by a tree root, and installed a clean out port so the city can address future issues.

Next they came out and installed a tankless water heater after our water heater tank stopped working.

Both times they were punctual and thorough in their work. They did a great job and shared all of their knowledge with me, so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend!

Dave did a great job fixing an underground leak on the main water line coming into our house. He dug, diagnosed, fixed and cleaned up all in the span of 2 days. And price was very reasonable.

I would definitely recommend. Matt did an awesome job today, 1 hour drain have been nothing but great since I have been using them as my vendor.

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

I turned to Charly The Plumber a few months ago. I needed leak detection and a friend of mine told me about them. I must admit that they did amazing job!
