Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

Ngoc is very friendly and knoledgable about the back flow devices. He was very through testing the device and unfortunately our device failed the test. Their plumbers are pleasant and patient , do a thorough inspection, and explain what needs to be done and why. Their work and materials are good, and they clean up afterwards. They may be more costly than other companies, but so far they have done quality work at our home. I am satisfied as plumbing has to last years, so it is worth the investment and peace of mind.
