We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

My main water line erupted on a Sunday night of a 3-day weekend and I had no water in the house as a result. I called Freedom Underground Plumbing at 7 on Monday morning. Freddie and an assistant were here within an hour and set up a temporary water line so that I had water in the house again. They were back that afternoon and by Tuesday at noon, I had a brand new water line with little disruption to my landscaping and very efficient service. I would highly recommend Freedom Underground Plumbing. I felt as though they cared about my problem and knew I needed their help. Great service and quality work!

We needed to replace a toilet and asked for estimates from a number of plumbing companies. Sam at United Plumbing was quick in his response and provided an estimate after I sent a couple of photos of the current and the replacement toilet. Other companies wanted to come to review the situation before providing a quote. What a waste of my time. United's price was reasonable and competitive. Sam was very clear in his online communication with me and even offered me same day service, which we jumped on.

Anton arrived promptly on time, was personable and very quickly replaced the toilet. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was previously. :-)

We will certainly use United Plumbing again in lieu of our previous plumber who did not respond.
