I called Chandler Plumbing with a water heater emergency for a rental property. They responded immediately, and set up a service call for the same day, actually within a few hours. The technician showed up on time, and was able to replace my water heater right away. They were fast, professional and took care to protect the area that they were working and while removing the old water heater. The price was exactly what they quoted and I would definitely use them again. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

We have used Plumbing for several jobs. Most recently to replace our garbage disposal, because it was leaking. The plumber who came was friendly and professional.

Trenchfree recently replaced a very old clay pipe sewer line, that had a lot of tree root issues, with the HDPE pipe. They handled the challenges in the replacement very well, as the original installation was very old. They installed brand new clean outs and there was no trace of any digging after they finished the work. They took care of pulling the permits and getting the city inspection ( done via zoom due to Covid).. On the whole an excellent job well done by a dedicated crew.

He arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the installation in a timely manner. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process to me. He also made sure to clean up after the installation was complete. I was very impressed with his work and would highly recommend Tony for any HVAC duct and vent installation needs.

Furnace needs urgent repair on a Friday night in the winter when the family is away. The personnel promptly reacted to our message, and by Saturday midday, they had arrived on the scene to repair a capacitor and got the system up and running. There was no pressure or sales pitch to do more than was necessary to get the unit back online despite the complete explanation of the problem and clarity around the possibility of other issues (older unit). We highly recommend this company and will use them as our first port of call for any future work or replacement equipment.?

Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing carried out a full system replacement in an office building in Westminster for us. This was a difficult project as there were many moving parts, and trades working simultaneously in the building throughout the short but intense refurbishment. The total HVAC project value supplied by Air Options was around £250k. They finished slightly ahead of schedule and were a joy to work with. Air Options only use their own team, no contractors thus guaranteeing the work at all times. This is the second HVAC project which AO have carried out for us, and there will hopefully be more to come.

Nic from Fuse did a great job. Professional, prompt, made sure job site was clean afterwards when complete with repairing our microwave oven. Removed it on a Saturday and reinstalled following evening. Great job.
