I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

I started working here maybe 3 weeks ago, let me tell you, this is the best company/family I've ever worked for. they are extremely accepting. and Miguel my boss helped me within 2 weeks with some issues I had to resolve with the company I worked for previously that didn’t want to pay me for about 5-6 weeks. amazing. recommend Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose. they are a place id never forget.

I'm not very plumbing-savvy, but this guy seemed like he knew what he was doing. After only ten minutes of his time, he came over and fixed my leaking pipe. I thought it would take at least an hour, so I'm surprised he finished so quickly. In my opinion, he is the best plumber in the area.

Silicon Pro Service Plumbing takes pride in their work. Felipe is honest, conscientious, thorough and he charges a fair price. A year ago he was referred by a friend to install our safety bars. We were so impressed that we have hired him for several plumbing projects. He has replaced two old faucets (one with a separate sprayer), the water feed lines for our toilets, plus, the old plumbing under two sinks so that they drain properly and no longer leak. 3/18/2021 - I've contact them again asking for a receipt. No one seems to know who I originally talked with. All they say is they'll have to get the manager to call me back. No one has called me back. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM SO YOU CAN AVOID THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS SO-CALLED PLUMBING COMPANY.

Phone and text contact only.. 3/6/2021 estimate was $350, they charged $760. When I asked the service guy for a receipt, he said My boss will send it to you in about 30 minutes.. After many texts, a man called me and agreed to bring me a receipt and $300. After not receiving anything, I texted them again. The response was from the worker who asked if he could have more time to get me the money. It was apparent that they have not intention of providing me with a receipt OR the promised $300. They don't have a company name, the guy on the phone says he says there is no company because he's just a vendor. People that contact him requesting services, not just for plumbing, and he dispatches people. When I asked for a Contractor's License he said he had one but wouldn't give it to me. IF YOU LOOK UP SAN JOSE PLUMBERS THAT COMPANY IS NOT LISTED IN THE CALIFORNIA STATE LICENSE BOARD.

4/16/2021 UPDATE - WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTRACTOR'S STATE LICENSE BOARD INFORMATION. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF CUPERTINO IF CHARGES ARE OVER $500 - THEY CHARGED ME $760 ON MARCH 6, 2021 - I STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THEIR WORK. MY RECOMMENDATION....... ****BEFORE YOU PAY THEM**** ASK FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE, ASK THEM FOR A WRITTEN, ITEMIZED RECEIPT.
