I called them for toilet leak initially. Michael Silveira came to check and recommended that I replace the toilet since a part was badly broken. After I ordered a new toilet, I called them again to install. It was installed in couple of hours.
Every time I called them or emailed them, I got prompt responses. And they showed up in the time window they promised.

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. We hired Fuse HVAC repair to repair our dryer and fix our stovetop. They responded and scheduled their visit promptly. The dryer is stacked so they had to send two technicians. Both Leo and Alex came on time. They were very professional. They were able to identify and solve both issues. I highly recommend working with this company.

Stan visit our house earlier for HVAC estimation. He is very professional, honest, patience. He gave us very good recommendation which other installers do not provide. We got his estimate just few hours later after he left our house. Excellent customer service!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was calling around to get it seen ASAP. Stan and Brian came out within an hour and diagnosed my fridge.
