I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

After 18 yrs our water heater finally broke leaking water into our garage. It happened on a Saturday night. We called Water Heaters Only the next day and luckily they were able to come out, May22 which was a Sunday. The technician, Steve Burlison was just fantastic. He was able to come two hours earlier than expected. He was very cordial and made us feel very comfortable. He wrote up the estimate which we were comfortable with and quickly got to work. His work was impeccable. After a few hours we now had hot water again. I highly recommend this company. This was our second time using them. The also put in the heater 18 yrs ago.
