From the first phone call to the completion of service my experience with Chandlers Plumbing was nothing short of great. They were on time, quoted the repair price up front, and had my drain cleared within 45 minutes of arriving. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service , right on time, friendly staff

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

I usually do my own plumbing work but I could not remove a value from a facet handle. I saw the ad in our local newspaper for Venture. I called them for assistance and in less than a week a technician came while on another call in my neighborhood ( The Villages). He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem at a very reasonable price! He was friendly and paid attention to detail. If I have any serious plumbing problem in the future I’ll be sure to call Venture. They have my A+ rating.

Rafael did our main pipe drain cleaning and he did a superb job doing so. Not only he did the service but also inspected my water heater and main line in front of my house. Others would have just done the drain cleaning and collected their charges. Suffice to say, good thing he did as now I found I have multiple leaks that require immediate attention. Thanks to Rafael's thorough inspection and recommendations I'm at least aware I have things to address before they get serious. Pacific Coast also had the special on the drain cleaning this month which I couldn't find anywhere else. Other's would have charged me an arm and a leg just for the cleaning.

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.
