Have been with Genmor Plumbing for over 5 years and am very impressed with the service I receive. The technician Mike is always willing to listen, explain what he needs to do, does it efficiently and does a good job. They are very dependable and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

Joel and Judy are a great team. Judy was super sweet and made us feel very comfortable that our plumbing issues would be handled promtoly. When she sent Joel, I received a text with his picture, a small introduction and a confirmation of my address and the time he'd arrive. It was pretty cool. Joel arrived on time and did an excellent job. He talked me through his evaluation and solution before he went shopping for the parts I needed. He's so quiet I almost forgot he was still working. He did a great job! I'd definitely recommend this awesome duo to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Ben Franklin Plumbing has been out several times this year for various jobs. They have proved timely, reliable and experienced. Their plumbers are pleasant and patient , do a thorough inspection, and explain what needs to be done and why. Their work and materials are good, and they clean up afterwards. They may be more costly than other companies, but so far they have done quality work at our home. I am satisfied as plumbing has to last years, so it is worth the investment and peace of mind.

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction. He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of satisfaction guaranteed.

Flooded kitchen. Called and left a message and someone contacted me after hours. Came out the next business day. They were awesome from arrival until the job was done. Hard workers and didn't mind me around and explained everything. Gave me multiple options and fixed my clogged pipe. Showed me the issue as they found it. Can't recommend enough and military especially with honesty and fair prices.
