Once we found out that we lost the water in our house to a burst pipe, I was really worried! We began seeing leaks like crazy and were afraid of the damage. However, after getting three different estimates from different companies, it was clear to both of us that Genmor Plumbing had taken care of all the drains in our house. They did a great job and were there for any questions or needs. We definitely recommend their services!

Mr Efen Sanchez was my tech or plumber second time around. He’s knowledgeable, he’s patient and organized. He’s straight forward and will provide options. The important quality about Efen, he’ freakin FOCUS!!! To sum it up, I was in good hands.

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.

BEWARE: On Jan 18, 2023, technician, Salvador Valencia (he asked me to mention his name when I give a review) arrived with a trainee, Renee. Told them I needed two wall sockets replaced, a pendant light replaced, and to check out the wall socket in our home office. Asked for their hourly rate and he said $150 but he would talk to his manager and see what they can do. They go out to the truck, came back and was approved to give me a package deal and showed it on his I-Pad. Sign here and sign here. I told them again that I don't want to be overcharged, he assured me that all their prices were in a book and offered to all customers. Renee, replaced the two wall sockets in less than 5 minutes each, $295.50 each. Salvador replaced the pendant light in 20 to 25 minutes for $365.00 and cracked the glass which we had to replace. As for the not working wall socket, after spending 15 or 20 minutes, they charged a diagnostic fee of $389.00. Turned out nothing is wrong with the socket it was the small monitor that was not working. I texted, Ayla, the support staff who was courteous and responsive, and asked for the name of the project manager, Amelia Strugala Rojas, who I emailed on Jan 19, 2023. She emailed back on Jan 24, 2023, to stated electrical manager Juan Conchas tried to contact me. But you know how cell phones are, shows all in coming and missed calls. Not one call. Then on Jan 25, 2023, Ms. Rojas assured me that Mr. Conchas would call me that day. Not one call. So here is my review. I was overcharged and made good faith effort to work with this company to recover some of my hard earned money. I would not recommend them as they charged me $1,345.00 for less than 2 hours of work, however, it does come with 20 year warranty.

The owner came out to service our A/C unit, he's always friendly and professional. Any questions or concerns we may have he's quick to address them and we find a solution if needed. Good well done. Thanks!??

My HVAC unit wasn't cooling, smack in the middle of the recent heat wave. This company to the rescue who was referred to me by a friend. The owner was courteous, on-time and filled with knowledge to share. He diagnosed the issue immediately with my HVAC and recommended he perform an evacuation of the HVAC so it holds the freon. He didn't cut corners like most HVAC contractors that rack up insane fees. In the end not only did he do a good job but followed up with 3 follow-up phone calls which is a rarity these days. I can't recommend them highly enough for his stellar professionalism, knowledge and customer service.

Quick response-great service. David called back immediately and came out the same day. He know his stuff and is very reasonable. He is a licensed contractor and has a great deal of knowledge that not only solved our water heater issues but helped with other issues in our home.
A good person to know for home repairs and problems.
