Julio was great! Had me up and running in 24 hrs. on a broken sewer pipe. Other plumbers scheduled me a week out. Answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care off. Price was better than others and places too.

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

Guy came out he was early which is good to care of the situation in a professional timely manner.

I can't say enough good things about the Falcone team, in particular Tim and Alan. We got multiple competitive quotes and are so happy to have chosen them. I can honestly say that they were the most professional, courteous, and polite people we've ever had do anything on our house - ever. They adjusted schedules, worked tirelessly, and did all the little things to make sure the job (installation of 2 new furnaces and air conditioners) provided as little disruption as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they were outstanding.

Furnace died in the middle of a very cold night in December. They sent out a team of 2 guys that took care of everything quickly, and even changed some of the filters just because.

I woke up to a noise from my attic HVAC. Called Pacific. Jeremy Correa came out to identify the issue...on time, professional, courteous, informative and friendly. After diagnosis he returned with Luis Martinez to install part. I called at 9am and the problem was solved before 1pm. WOW! Was very pleased with the entire process especially the employees.

Called Fuse team for third time. This time electrical work to connect outdoor Sauna heater and lights. Job well done!

Technician Juan came to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional and careful about taking Covid precautions with mask, booties, and distancing. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem and presented different options for repair. He was very good at explaining.

Alex was great. He was patient, knowledgeable, hard working, and detail oriented. He addressed the condensation water leak issue. It turned out to be a clugged pipe. He also help cleaned the coil once we got the built-in fridge out and discovered a leak in the water supply line. He will find a replacement pipe and come back in a few days. It was a great experience overall.

Honestly one of the best repair man in San Jose. Down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He also saved me hundreds of dollars instead of going to San Jose water heaters. I appreciate his work and hope more people engage in his business. Amazing man and incredible person.
