We needed an emergency plumber for a tub control that was spraying water. David was prompt and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue and talk us through what needed to be repaired. Since it was after 10pm some options were not available to us until morning, others were offered but were more extreme. We opted to leave the water off overnight and David returned first thing in the morning with the required parts and the repair was done. Overall we were very happy with the service and the information that he shared with us.

Mike sent Daniel to clean and check the furnace at my home yesterday. We were impressed! Daniel was thorough, courteous, and professional. He arrived early in the alloted time and stayed until almost 6 pm to complete the job. He gave us good advice regarding the care of the filters, etc and wrote up a very complete summary of the service on the invoice. Scheduling the visit was handled very well by Mike in spite of a few snags. Overall, I highly recommend them and will call them in future!

I emailed this company about one of their drivers in a box truck. I was unchanging equipment on the side of the road in a construction zone. Their employees were flying down first st in san jose and almost hit me. I only recieved and automated email back asking how my experience was.

Jeremy arrived prompt and troubleshoot my mom’s HVAC. Turned out to be a bad thermostat and Jeremy replaced with a another thermostat until a permanent part comes in a week. Jeremy wanted to make sure my mom has a working system during that time. Jeremy is very informative in explaining the repairs and also inspect the furnace and condenser to ensure unit operates as designed. Jeremy went the extra mile to provide great service. We are very happy with Pacific Coast and recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Fuze HVAC! The Fuze team was very responsive to every message I sent to coordinate the appointment, the technician, Leo, texted me when he was on his way to my home, he wore a mask and offered to wear shoe coverings before entering my home, he was very professional, meticulous and was able to fix my washing machine issue quickly and for a reasonable price. The issue with my LG washing machine turned out to be a bad rotation control unit (RCU), which he fortunately had one of in his van. If I have any appliance issues in the future, Fuze is definitely the company I will call.

David did great work to replace my leaking water heater, reply phone call super fast, and make the work done in same day.
