Dominick was very professional and patient, he explained everything clearly and systematically troubleshooted the issue, and brought out the “big plumbing snake” to clear the clog in my drain line. Once we found out that we lost the water in our house to a burst pipe, I was really worried! We began seeing leaks like crazy and were afraid of the damage. However, after getting three different estimates from different companies, it was clear to both of us that Genmor Plumbing had taken care of all the drains in our house. Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.

The plumber Joseph who came to my house was not only skilled and experienced but also friendly and personable. He took the time to explain the issue and the solution in a way that I could understand.

Last year my toilet broke. Golden State sent someone within my crazy available schedule. Quoted a price, picked up the new toilet, installed and cleaned up the mess. PERFECT. The price quoted was the price I paid.
Most important- I felt safe having this stranger in my house.

We have used Dave at Aqua Flow Plumbing previously starting with replacing a main sewer drain to doing a copper repipe throughout our house. He’s always been very professional, timely and his work second to none. So it was a no brainer who we called to replace our water heater. He got right on it, did a wonderful job and we were very pleased.

BEWARE! Paid big bucks for Cupertino Plumbing to install my brand new AO Smith water heater from Lowe’s. Months later the water heater was leaking so I called another plumber to handle the warranty return and new replacement install. They advised me that Cupertino Plumbing installed the first one INCORRECTLY - apparently there is a specific hookup procedure that was bypassed which would have voided my warranty, yikes! After 3 attempts, spoke to Frank (owner of Cupertino Plumbing) and we agreed to disagree about what happened.

Shawn is extremely helpful in finding the right plumbing solution, turns up when he says he will, and executes work promptly and effectively: he did a bath tub faucet replacement including replacing hard pipe connections with flex hoses + shutoff valves, and I was very pleased with it. He also gave good guidance on other plumbing concerns around the house while he was there. Strongly recommended.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.
