I've found my plumbing company. I manage a few San Francisco properties and have used several different plumbing companies. Never fully satisfied with the quality of the work or professionalism. However, R&L Plumbing has exceeded my expectations for the past three years and they are my go-to plumbing company when I need a quick fix or extensive work.. They are always responsive and punctual to appointments. They do quality work and their customer service is excellent. There is a reason why the biggest property managers and owners use them- they are at a different level in comparison to the competition.

We had a plumbing issue with our THG thermostatic valve that lasted 4+ years until Phil from Lutz Plumbing came out and solved our issue. Three different plumbers came out and had no idea how to resolve the issue. We had no cold water in our masterbath shower for 4+ years since no one knew how to work on THG. I can't say enough about Phil from Lutz Plumbing. Phil is extremely competent, talented, very punctual and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He was very patient and methodical in diagnosing our problem with our THG thermostatic valve. I can't thank Phil enough for resolving our THG issue! We can now take a hot or cold shower without going into the garage to adjust our hot water heater. Our water pressure is incredible. Our shower no longer dribbles water it actually sprays. If you have a plumbing issue or want to avoid a plumbing issue, hire Phil and he will save you extreme headaches from the beginning. Phil will be our go to plumber from now on. Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. I had the job done by another plumber. Richard

My water heater decided to break down on Sunday. I called AB Plumbing and luckily they were open. Great service. Basilio came out, was very friendly and helpful and got the heater up and running again.

Kyle did a great job in unclogging pipes!!
