The quality of service is the best I have ever received, regardless of trade, in more than a twelve years of working with contractors. our water heater was leaking and i called ab plumbing to fix it, they told me they have a 2 hour window arrival but they arrived in 30 mins which is very amazing and they were so professional. The service was reliable and its been 2 weeks, i never have the same problem again, i recommend this company if you have any plumbing problems

My introduction to Lutz Plumbing was for an inspection of a jacuzzi tub. They arrived on time, were prepared for the appointment, knowledgeable about the tub, and made the appropriate decision for me and the manufacturer. On a follow up call for service, 2 years later, they provided excellent service by intervening in my behalf with the manufacturer. They determined that my tub was still under warranty (the manufacturer said it wasn’t), instructed me on getting a refund for the part I purchased (and didn’t need) and, instructed me how to get help in fixing my tub. This all happened during the pandemic.
I’m forever grateful to Phil for taking my calls and for providing me with kindness, patience and the information needed to resolve my issue. Thank you.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.
