We have had an excellent experience with Flow Masters. Connor Grant managed the replacement of our leaking solar water heater about a year ago. When other parts, not installed by them, also went out, they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem (which was not due to their installation) and got it fixed. Connor and his assistant Alberto were professional, good communicators and all around great guys. I’m happy they were recommended by the manufacturer of our old leaking device.

The technician did a great job. They were prompt, and polite, explaining the problem and the possible solutions. The customer service is always great and should a Water heater problem arise, they are the ones I turn to. Can’t say how thankful we are for finding a real pro crew that does good, honest, clean work! Thanks, team!

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
