I called Toto Customer Service to find out if they can recommend someone to come out and take look at the problem on our Toto Neorest toilet in SF bay area. Since it is under the warranty, they assigned Lutz Plumbing to work on it. Their response was very prompt and provided a great services. Phil seems like very knowledgeable on Toto toilet. Neorest has many features require a lot of plumbing and electronic technology skills. He contacted Toto headquarters and provide the solutions while he was at our house. Very dependable and pleasure to work with them.

We spent a good day and a half doing quite a bit of work on our newly purchased home...replacing faucets, shower kits, garbage disposal, outside faucets, outside shower, etc. He's one of the hardest workers we've ever met.
