Unclog drain doesn't exactly describe what these guys were able to do, where another company had failed. Thiago and Daniel located a blockage in a lateral section of drain pipe 20 feet below my kitchen sink. They accessed it from the ceiling in the garage, opened the pipe, and dug out what apparently was the dumping ground of garbage from a prior resident. Poor Thiago got a shower of dishwasher water that had been primed and sitting in my sink for several days. (Sorry, Thiago!) Appreciate you guys!!

Antonio was very responsive and extremely patient in answering all of my questions. His team was always on time, and they left the work space clean and tidy. They took some time to review the new water heater installation with me and discuss maintenance + warranty. We've used him 3 times so far and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and fair plumber in the city.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
