I called Works Plumbing because I noticed a water leak from the ceiling in our garage that was likely coming from our bathroom. I called and someone came to our house the same day. He was able to come back to the house the next day and diagnose the problem. He was prompt and courteous. Will use them again.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

This is my only go to plumber in San Francisco. This was my fourth time utilizing their service and it is consistently five stars! Highest recommendation for sure!

I used the A.B. Plumbing services four years ago and they were very efficient.
So, one month ago I had two plumbing problems at home, one in the tub and another in kitchen sink valve and I had no doubt and called them. They came quickly and efficiently solved the problems.

Ron is my go-to handyman plumber. He’s installed two pieces of equipment now, and he is friendly, polite, and always professional.

I found Luis online. He was very communicative. He called me the day before to confirm the appointment, texted me to confirm my address, and even gave me another call when he was running late. He came in and detected the leak in less than five minutes and fixed the problem immediately. I was very impressed with his work and professionalism!

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

I was able to get a prompt appointment to replace my disposal and Basilio did a great job. He called to let me know when he was on his way and was very quick and courteous. Highly recommend!
