I work in hospitality and this was the best customer service I have come across. Larry and Jariah saved me hundreds of dollars in labor compared their competitors. I trust this company for long lasting maintenance.

I bought a Kohler intelligent toilet and it stopped flushing after couple of months. Called Kohler and they recommended Lutz plumbing. The whole process was very seamless. Philip was very easy to work with and has excellent communication. Jacob, the technician, was very friendly and pleasant. More importantly, he got the work done efficiently. One of the best plumbing companies I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend them!!!!

I tried to call for estimates and the service agent, Mia, scoffed and hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, she blocked my number. When I called from a different number that service agent was extremely unwilling to help in any way. Use at your own risk. If management would like to contact me, I'd be more than happy to speak to them.
