The staff is always friendly and explains thoroughly what needs to be done and why. Pricing is pretty standard and fair. Their response time is quite good as well. I have used their services several times and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

My kids have a habit of using a mass of toilet paper. I called Chosen Rooter & Plumbing after the toilet overflowed, and they responded quickly. Nick handled the toilet repair and also showed me how I can more easily clear a clog if this happens again. It’s simpler than I thought. Thanks Nick!
