They came to address a pipe clog with an upstairs unit and needed access through my place to reach it. They were very respectful and careful while working in my unit and it is apparent that they have pride in their work. Appt was at 8pm and Mike D called around 630 saying he could come early. Of course we said yes! Fixed our sink pretty quickly- found something blocking the spout. 😵‍💫 all he did was unscrew to faucet head. lol cost me $189.00 for that. But not his fault. I agreed to the cost before he started looking. Anyway, he fixed the water pressure too!

I used Expert Rooter a couple of times and both occasions they were very professional, efficient and fast. Sometimes it's hard to find good help that won't take advantage of you. I used this place twice but it's hard to recommend this place again as the quote I received is ridiculous. I can tell you that for the same thing the price went up from $300 to $540 for unclogging the garbage disposal. The biggest surprise was fixing a leaking faucet in the master bedroom which was quoted let's just say 4 digits because I was told that it was unreachable and the cabinet needed to be cut and reassembled. Of course I found someone else who didn't need to do any of that for 1/10 of the price.
