We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

The technician arrived quicky (less than an hour), communicated clearly about options, and took care of the problem efficiently.
We were exoecting a hefty emergency charge, but the texhnician said our situation did not warrant that, and we were hapoy with the price.

I need to replace the pipe nipples on my kitchen wall faucet (Rusted and leaking). I could not find a plumber to come over the house to replace the pipe nipples (Saturday Afternoon). I call Ace Plumbing and the person who answer the phone was helpful and immediately dispatched a plumber. Jordan Barrett, Plumber arrived to the house in less than 45 minutes. I used this place twice but it's hard to recommend this place again as the quote I received is ridiculous. I can tell you that for the same thing the price went up from $300 to $540 for unclogging the garbage disposal. The biggest surprise was fixing a leaking faucet in the master bedroom which was quoted let's just say 4 digits because I was told that it was unreachable and the cabinet needed to be cut and reassembled. Of course I found someone else who didn't need to do any of that for 1/10 of the price.
