It's reassuring to know that your home is in good hands with professional experts. I was referred by a plumbing supply store. When I asked who could help with my problem, James & James Plumbing was the first business that came to mind.

I reached out to Cody, who is very personable, professional and responsive. He answered many of my questions before coming out and fixed my problem to perfection. As part of their service they do a full inspection so he fixed other issues that I wouldn't have spotted and took care of everything in the same visit.

They are timely, communicative and have a genuine willingness to help. I will definitely call on them again.

Joey was professional, attentive and very thorough. Communication was fantastic from start to finish -- Joey texted before arrival, explained what needed to be repaired and provided a detailed estimate for approval before starting work. He answered all of my questions and did not hesitate to resend an amended estimate when I requested a change in the order. After the repair was done, he followed up with a text explaining what he had done and was available for any follow-up questions.Additionally, Magic Plumbing dispatch were fantastic with answering questions and scheduling the service.Would definitely recommend Joey and Magic Plumbing and will be returning to them for future repairs!

They were able to come on the weekend after 5 quoted the price before coming and I was able to watch the work and talk with the plumber and get everything taken care of in a time allotted

This is to express appreciation for the outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge and skill demonstrated by Yevgeny Dubinsky in performing his duties as a general contractor and developing a relationship with customers that is built on trust, understanding, cooperation, and outstanding service.

I had the opportunity to meet with Yevgeny from General SF, one of the principals of the company, and he was able to inspect my home in San Francisco. The work done by Yevgeny in the inspection process was thorough, customer-service oriented, and knowledgeable with respect to construction and San Francisco city guidelines and regulations.

The first thing that is important is the customer-service orientation that was demonstrated by Yevgeny. He made me feel comfortable and like I was a valued customer from the moment that we met. As he maintained this relationship with me, he was able to go systematically through the home and knowledgably point out anything that needed to be done to improve on the home in certain areas. Throughout this process, he made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued as an individual.

The knowledge that he demonstrated was in all areas of general contracting. He was able to discuss with me every specific aspect of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and any and all other matters related to improvements and construction so as to comply with San Francisco city and county guidelines to put the home in perfect condition. The knowledge was appreciated and gave me a great deal of confidence in going forward with those improvements that were necessary to make sure that the home was satisfactorily taken care of and cared for.

The communication skills demonstrated by Yevgeny were also something that was very impressive. In addition to being able to communicate clearly and precisely on any questions that were asked, he always had a tone that made me feel that my questions were reasonable and that he wanted to be helpful in answering them. That ability to communicate and answer questions exactly on point and then respond only to those things that are asked for is something that I greatly appreciated in his communication skills and style.

Again, I want to thank you for the opportunity of dealing with such an outstanding person as Yevgeny Dubinsky. In over 40 years, I have rarely found anyone with the knowledge, skill, and customer-service orientation that this outstanding individual has as he works for his company, General SF. I would recommend anyone to deal with Yevgeny Dubinsky and General SF as an outstanding general contractor to address and resolve any and all issues that might arise. Thank you again.

Everyone I worked with at AB Plumbing was great! They responded quickly to every call & email. When they showed, they were very professional and thorough. We had a major issue with a tree going through the plumbing and it was awful. AB plumbing with their efficiency and knowledge knew exactly what to do to make the process a little less painful.

We would for sure use them again!

We've had Ron out twice now and he's been great. Quick, friendly, and even let me record him answering questions about the dos and don'ts of garbage disposals! We're fans of Chosen!

The price was affordable and the service very reliable.

We had a small gas leak in the line leading to the oven. Marco came out the same day, repaired the issue in less than an hour, and explained exactly why the leak occurred. All for a very fair price. Very professional and helpful!

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
