I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago.
