Joseph and Bronson, they're awesome and professional! We needed a shower handle replacement. Our old one had difficult rust that got the screws/bolts stuck in place, causing our water to not be completely shut off every time we pushed the valve in. Not only we were concern of water waste, but water damage as well. They did a terrific job, and were able to complete the tasks same-day of inspection. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. Also, Tina is such a positive customer service that tries to make clients smile, so thank you Tina! I'd definitely hire them again if I have another plumbing issue. I have a problem of burner shutting down on lighting up. The manufacturer of Reem recommended village plumber since it’s still under warranty . They didn’t do anything valuable other than told me to replace water heater. No real diagnostics beside guess, paid over hundred dollars for nothing.
