Bill Howe Plumbing sent out Troy, an outstanding plumbing technician to our apartment building today. He was very thorough and professional. He sent a text when on the way and upon completion. Plus called after to give complete run down of work performed and billing charges. Troy also checked ALL drains in the apartment instead of just the clogged tub. Many plumbing companies do the bare minimum and charge exorbitant fees only to come right back again and charge more. Bill Howe seems to always do it right the 1st time! Never a surprise or shock when billing is received from Bill Howe Plumbing, as our current main plumbing company has done to us before. I have used Bill Howe for most of our plumbing issues since the beginning of 2021 and have not had issues with their work OR charges being high to date. I have been blessed with working with 3 other Bill Howe plumbing technicians and all too have done outstanding work as well. Even after hour emergency fees have been fair compared to many other plumbing companies we have under contract. Bill Howe Plumbing has always been reasonable and fair on billing and we believe It is mainly because of the integrity of their plumber technicians. Bill Howe Heating & Air Conditioning Restoration & Flood Services Inc may NOW be 1st on our list going forward after the excellent service today. Unfortunately our buildings had plumbing issues before Bill Howe Plumbing started helping us. Now that we have them on our team the issues seem to be decreasing because of their quality of work!

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

It turns out the nearly $1000 that we spent a few months back to fix our plumbing issues was wasted. My neighbors recommended this plumbing company. We called and they came out later that afternoon. Turns out our pipes were infested with roots. It took several hours to fix the situation, but we now have working plumbing in our home.  They invested a significant amount of time, but in the long run, we are confident of how much money they are saving us. I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.
