Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

As well relocating of toilet drain, drains in shower , shower valves etc

The two gentlemen, Ricardo and Able, that came out today were absolutely wonderful, very professional and very polite. After they came and looked at the problem they realized they needed a different part, due to my tight schedule this weekend for a wedding and the time of day it was, they quickly ran to the plumbing store got the correct part and came right back. It could have been a bigger problem than what it turned out to be, thank goodness, therefore they were able to be in and out.Perry Plumbing has been out to our complex several times and tenants have been very pleased with their work.

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! Highly recommend for great service, rates, and for professionalism.

Very unprofessional! They turned off the water from our building in Bernardo Vista Del Lago to do repairs and did not notify neighbors. When a neighbor let them know that she was half way through her shower, the guy unapologetically told the person that he did not care because neighbors would complain regardless and would continue to do work on the area without notifying owners. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and would NOT RECOMMEND!
