Technician came to look at a low water flow issue in my master bathroom. Was told before he could complete any work he had to check my water pressure regulator. He told me my pressure regulator needed to be replaced because it was coming into the house at 80 PSI. The cost was going to be $1,898. There were lower priced options going down to $1,000 (less service checks, etc..). I told him I needed to think about it and he left. I called another Plumber and he came and basically made an adjustment on the setting of my current regulator and adjusted the PSI down to the appropriate level. Also, the low flow issue in the bathroom was the faucets were clogged with debris. Took him five minutes to clean them out. The CORE plumbers must be commission based plumbers. Beware of when they come out. I will never call them again.

I rarely give bad reviews, but Ace Contracts is so horrible I felt a duty to warn others of their poor workmanship and unethical behavior. They installed a faulty valve that leaked and destroyed my bathroom. You can see faulty valve with plumbers putty around it. They knew it would leak that's why they put putty around the joint. The contractor Gonzalez who did the work admitted fault and promised to repair the damages but the manager Cort has refused to do anything. Run from this company if you need plumbing work.

Randy was great. I called on a Saturday because our water softener was leaking and instead of just coming out and getting the $350 off-hours fee he called me and had me explain the issue and send him photos. He assured me it wasn't an emergency and said he'd come on monday for the normal rate. When he did come he explained the issue perfectly and showed me the measurements that allowed me to understand the exact issue. He took care of it quickly and then spent a good amount of time making sure what he replaced was dialed in and working ideally. Would definitely recommend.

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.
